Hello!
We are Lex & Jane, a creative duo united by a shared passion for animals and art.
We admire the beauty and grace of these creatures and love portraying them in their natural habitats — in the wild, in urban settings, or as beloved companions at home. On our travels across Europe and Asia, we’ve encountered countless inspiring moments with animals, and our dream is to visit other continents to meet even more rare and fascinating species — and, of course, to capture them in our art.
We work with various techniques, including oil, pastels, and watercolor pencils. Each medium allows us to highlight a different facet of an animal’s character and spirit, helping us reveal its true essence.
We’re not fans of zoos and circuses, as we believe wild animals should live outside cages — ideally in the wild, or at the very least, in large safari parks.
Beyond wildlife and pets, we’ve also launched a special project close to our hearts — "Street Friends." This series is dedicated to stray animals we meet along the way. We create their portraits to honor their resilience, capture their individuality, and share their little stories with the world. Through this project, we hope to draw attention to their lives and remind people that every animal, whether wild, domestic, or stray, deserves respect and good treatment.
